Who Are We
We are a family of health professionals and active lifestyle enthusiasts. After years of burnout in clinics with high-volume productivity demands, spending only minutes with each patient, we needed a change. We started Fit Family Physical Therapy to be able to provide high-quality care to our patients, conveniently and efficiently.

Amy Graber, DPT

Professional Experience
Amy has practiced physical therapy in a variety of settings. She has worked specifically with the pediatric population, assisting infants and young children reach developmental milestones, or rehabilitating young athletes. Amy has also worked extensively with adult patients and finds equal joy in helping adults reduce disability and reach their movement potential. She has specific experience with orthopedics, gait & balance training, and geriatrics.
Amy draws upon all of her professional experience, as well as her time as a Division I collegiate athlete, to motivate her patients to put their health first. She shares a passion for health and wellness with her family, and is excited to build a brand that extends this passion to you!

Carrie Hall, CPT

Professional Experience
Carrie is a business operations guru and fitness lover. She spent many years as Chief Operations Officer of a successful e-commerce business in Phoenix, Arizona, managing and scaling end-to-end business operations. She then decided to go after a long-time goal of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer to expand her fitness knowledge and share her passion for health and wellness with others. Carrie now enjoys being able to pursue both business and fitness (with her family!) while helping and motivating others to live a full, fit, and healthy life!

Maggie Mills, DPT

Professional Experience
Maggie has spent her time as a physical therapist working with a variety of different patients in varying settings. She has vast experience in a direct-pay, in-home system, helping older and senior adults maintain mobility and strength. Maggie has also worked a great deal with pediatric patients, both in-clinic and in-home, helping infants and young children achieve new milestones or overcome impairments. She has also spent time treating orthopedic physical therapy concerns in a fast-paced clinic, taking patients through rehabilitation protocols and returning them to their athletic aspirations.
Maggie has specific experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, gait & balance training, geriatrics and the direct access, direct-pay system. Maggie utilizes her experience as a physical therapist combined with her experience as a Division I soccer player to maximize the rehab potential of her clients and return them to what they love doing most.

Patrick Mills, DPT

Professional Experience
Patrick has primarily practiced in orthopedic settings over his career, treating patients with orthopedic, neurologic and gait/balance impairments. He has work extensively with patients with low back pain, helping to manage pain/dysfunction, and assist with returning them to a full, functional life. Patrick has vast experience with total joint patients, and has taken great pride in helping those patients return to their beloved activities. He is an orthopedic certified specialist, and is certified in dry needling for both the upper and lower extremity. He truly enjoys tailoring his treatment plans to fit the patient by drawing on his experience, and loves the feeling of returning a patient to their activity, sport and life.

Sara Parker, DPT

Professional Experience
Sara has primarily practiced in the outpatient physical therapy setting, treating adult patients with neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, etc), balance deficits, vestibular dysfunction and physical deconditioning. She has also worked in an inpatient rehabilitation setting with lower-level patients to improve their function to return home after extensive hospital stays. She developed a love for this patient population early in her career and has continued to improve her skills to better treat patients with these conditions. She recently became a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist and is an Assistant Professor at A.T. Still University where she teaches in their neurorehabilitation curriculum and is Co-Director of Clinical Education. Her passion is teaching, both students and patients, while encompassing whole person healthcare.

Charlie Tobola, DPT

Professional Experience
Charles has clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic and sports setting, primarily treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, hypermobility EDS and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), pre and post-surgical rehab, and TMJ disorders with chronic neck pain and headaches. He also enjoys working with the senior population to improve strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and balance to promote longevity and wellness.
Charles loves to promote active rehabilitation programs, though is certified in dry needling of the extremities, spine, and TMJ as an adjunct to attaining effective results. He is dedicated to individualizing programs to meet his patients’ needs, and employs movement specific interventions to get them back to what they love.

Kendall Cunningham, DPT

Professional Experience
Kendall has primarily practiced in the outpatient setting, treating children, neurological conditions (she is LVST BIG certified for Parkinson’s), and vestibular dysfunctions. Kendall has also worked in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for patients wanting to return home, more independently, following a hospital stay. Kendall specifically enjoys working with the pediatric population, from assessing infants and their developmental milestones to making sure they are able to participate in all age-appropriate activities! Kendall truly likes to help treat patients through their entire life span.

Shauna Marshall, DPT

Professional Experience
Shauna grew up in a small town in Vermont doing competitive gymnastics. After graduating from the Naval Academy, she had the opportunity to deploy multiple times as a Special Operations Officer. In her profession, she saw the value in functional fitness and proper movement, which drove her to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and personal trainer. She has participated in a number of marathons, triathlons, and Crossfit competitions. Following the Navy, she went on to get her doctorate in physical therapy in San Marcos, CA. She did clinical rotations in pediatrics, vestibular rehabilitation, and orthopedics.
Shauna has spent the last six years working overseas for the U.S. Embassies in Burkina Faso, Tanzania, and the Philippines. She has had the opportunity to introduce physical therapy practices to their countries in the form of seminars and volunteer outreach. Shauna has recently shifted her orthopedic background to a combination of pelvic floor and orthopedics, advocating for other mothers as they begin their prenatal and postpartum journeys.

With over 15 years in the wellness industry, Hans has gained vast knowledge in all areas of health, fitness, functional movement, and nutrition that he enjoys sharing with clients to help them improve physical mobility and feel their best.
For Hans, building a healthy lifestyle is more than just lifting weights, it is developing a sustainable resistance training routine supplemented with proper nutrition, rest and recovery. With the help of The Optimum Performance Training® model he is able to effectively assess individuals and create specific training programs for each client to meet their fitness goals.
